Physical stress due to illness or living with a long term condition, emotional and psychological stress in response to the events that happen to us and the fast paced world we live in can all take their toll on our health and well being.
Physiocare can work with you to help you learn how to manage and lower stress, having a positive effect on your health and well being. We use a variety of different approaches, individually tailored to you.
Stress management can also be delivered in a group setting, enabling everyone to learn how to recognise stress and learn validated techniques to reduce stress and improve health and wellbeing.
